Ladies and Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB), within the framework of its powers as the Monetary Authority and in its role as the Government's Financial Agent, communicates to entities regulated by the Supervisory Authority of the Financial System (ASFI) or the Supervisory and Control Authority for Pensions and Insurance (APS), non-financial legal entities, public companies, and natural persons, complements and/or clarifications to External Circular No. 7/2025, to participate in Open Market Operations and in operations with public securities issued for fiscal policy purposes, through the electronic system provided for these purposes.

To this effect, the aforementioned clarifications and/or complements are published and available on the BCB's institutional website at the following address:
