Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB), within the framework of the Open Market Operations Regulation, approved by Board Resolution No. 109/2026, effective as of August 10, 2026; communicates to the entities regulated by ASFI and APS, the requirements for the subscription of the Electronic Securities Auction and Reporting Contract with the BCB and for the registration of indirect participants.
The aforementioned requirements are published and available on the BCB's institutional website, at the following address:

Additionally, pursuant to the second transitional provision of the aforementioned Regulation, entities that have valid Electronic Securities Auction and Reporting Contracts signed with the BCB may operate with said contracts for a period of six months (until February 10, 2027). During this period, new contracts must be subscribed.
External Circulars CIEX No. 7/2025 of March 20, 2025, and CIEX No. 11/2025 of October 15, 2025, are hereby rendered null and void.
