Within the framework of the modifications to the Legal Reserve Regulation, approved by the Board Resolution (BR) of the Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) No. 62/2023 of April 12, 2023, the BCB notifies all Financial Intermediation Entities (FIEs) that to request the sale of US dollars originating from the reduction of their participation in the CPVIS II, CPVIS III, FIUSEER, or CPRO funds, in Foreign Currency (FC), they must submit their request to the Financial Entities Management and the International Operations Management of the BCB, one business day before processing the operation, according to the attached format.
