CIEX No. 22/2024: Requirements for Participation in Open Market Operations and Public Securities Auctions
The Central Bank of Bolivia establishes the requirements for regulated entities, non-financial legal persons, public companies, and natural persons to participate in open market operations and transactions with public securities issued for fiscal policy purposes via its electronic system. This circular also defines the requirements for subscribing to the Electronic Securities and Repos Auction Contract. It supersedes and renders ineffective Circular Externa CIEX No. 37/2023 of September 8, 2023. The detailed requirements are published on the Central Bank of Bolivia's institutional website.
