Gentlemen:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB), with the purpose of strengthening the continuous and normal processing of OETF through the Deferred Settlement Module (MLD), communicates that the processing of Electronic Orders for Funds Transfer is carried out using ISO 8859-1 character encoding.

This character encoding must be taken into account to configure the corresponding IT developments; in this sense, messages that do not comply with this Circular will be automatically rejected.
