CIEX No. 41/2022: Legal Reserve Regulation
The Central Bank of Bolivia approved the new Legal Reserve Regulation via Board Resolution No. 076/2022, which consolidates previous modifications and extends the deadlines for the CPVIS II and FIUSEER funds. This regulation applies immediately upon publication and explicitly repeals nine prior External Circulars (CIEX Nos. 7/2020, 33/2020, 46/2020, 2/2021, 10/2021, 27/2021, 49/2021, 2/2022, and 29/2022). Financial intermediation entities are required to comply with the consolidated rules effective from the date of publication.
