CIEX No. 46/2020: Modification of the Legal Reserve Regulation
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) approved Resolution No. 081/2020, which modifies Articles 30 and 32 of the Legal Reserve Regulation. These changes apply to Financial Intermediation Entities (EIFs) and entered into force on September 8, 2020.
