The Cayman Islands Monetary Authority has cancelled the registration of Seneca House Fund Management as a Securities-Registered Person due to its failure to pay prescribed annual fees and accrued surcharges for 2023 through 2025. This administrative action also addresses the Registrant's breach of the Companies Act regarding the maintenance of a Registered Office. The cancellation takes effect on 12 March 2025, and the Registrant retains a statutory right to appeal the decision to the Cayman Islands court.
