Subject: Update of Guide and Form Structure, Correspondence, and Custody (DS-11)

Dear Sirs:

We hereby inform you that we have updated the Guide, as well as the template for the "Structure, Correspondence, and Custody (DS-11)" Form, whose submission method is through the Electronic Information Submission System (SERI).

On the website of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, you will find the following:

• Current version of the Form, located in the "SERI Forms" section - Securities Houses.
• Guide for its use, located in the SERI section, SERI Guides, Securities Houses, titled "Field Format of the 'Structure, Correspondence, and Custody (DS-11)' Form of Securities Houses."

Entities with Securities House licenses must use the guide and the new version of the form, starting March 15, 2022, with the submission of information corresponding to February 2022.
