Circular 1/2002 – Submission of Audited or Unaudited Financial Statements

Medical aid funds must submit current board of trustees, principal officers, auditors, administrators, and fund-administrator agreements to the Registrar of Medical Aid Funds. The funds are required to provide audited or unaudited annual financial statements and quarterly reports for the year ended 2001, as well as financial statements for the first quarter of 2002. Quarterly reports must be submitted within fourteen days after the end of each quarter with immediate effect. All specified information must be submitted to the office within fourteen days from the date of the letter.
