Circular-PI-MA-4-2006 – Extensions for Late Submissions
The Registrar extends the deadline for registered Medical Aid Funds to submit quarterly reports from fourteen days to thirty days after the end of each quarter. This directive repeals paragraph 3 of Circular Letter 1/2002 and takes effect on January 1, 2007, applying to all reports submitted from January 2007 onwards. Non-compliance may result in appropriate actions by the Registrar under the relevant Act.
