Circular 11/23 — Authorization of the Public Consultation of the Draft Green Taxonomy of the Dominican Republic
The Securities Market Superintendence of the Dominican Republic authorizes the publication of the Draft Green Taxonomy of the Dominican Republic for a public consultation period of forty-five (45) business days. The draft taxonomy is available on the websites of the Superintendence and the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources. Once implemented, market participants and the general public may voluntarily use the taxonomy to identify financing opportunities, measure portfolio alignment with green assets, structure green financial products, and strengthen disclosure practices.
