Circular 128/2009/TT-BTC amending the Regulation on Organization and Management of Securities Trading for Unlisted Public Companies at Hanoi Stock Exchange
The Ministry of Finance amends Article 9 of the Regulation on Organization and Management of Securities Trading for Unlisted Public Companies at the Hanoi Stock Exchange to require unlisted public companies to register and deposit securities with the Securities Depository Center according to State Securities Commission guidelines, and to specify trading registration procedures. A new Article 16a is added to permit members registered for proprietary trading to buy and sell the same stock type on the same trading day to act as market makers, subject to detailed guidance from the State Securities Commission. This Circular takes effect from the date of signing.
