Circular 13/2012 — Electronic Attention Module (MAE)

This circular expands the scope of the Electronic Attention Module (MAE) to include additional financial system participants, authorities, and organizations. It establishes rules for credit institutions, the Rural Financial Institution, and brokerage houses to designate Qualified Representatives, Representatives, and Operators via digital certificates to submit requests, respond to notifications, and receive resolutions through the MAE. The document mandates that all communications be conducted exclusively through this module, granting electronic signatures and generated receipts full legal validity and probative value.
