Circular 17/2008 — Amending Circular 115/2002
The Bank of Mexico amends section CB.5.4.3.3, first paragraph, of Circular 115/2002 to modify the submission deadline for bids on government securities. The revised rule requires that bids be submitted by 11:00:00 hours on the second banking business day immediately preceding the auction date. This modification applies to stock exchanges (casas de bolsa) and entered into force on May 9, 2008.
