Circular 7/2012 — Modification to Circular 16/2011
The document amends the first paragraph of section 3 of Circular 16/2011 regarding syndicated auctions of government securities. It modifies the rule on announcements to allow the Banco de México to publish auction calls on dates and times different from the originally scheduled ones. This modification applies to credit institutions and brokerage houses and enters into force on April 11, 2012.
