Circular 9/2007 — Modifies Circular-Telefax 2/2006
This circular modifies the procedure for acting as a market maker for government securities. It establishes the procedure for the payment of premiums by market makers to the Bank of Mexico for each securities lending transaction. It also modifies section 4.2.5 of Office 305-038/2006 and the transitional provisions of Office 305-088/2007.
