Circular 95/2010/TT-BTC amending the Regulation on Organization and Management of Securities Trading for Unlisted Public Companies at the Hanoi Securities Trading Center
This Circular amends the Regulation on Organization and Management of Securities Trading for Unlisted Public Companies at the Hanoi Securities Trading Center by replacing the term "Hanoi Securities Trading Center" with "Hanoi Stock Exchange" and "HSTC" with "HSX". It revises Article 7 to specify that securities must be of an unlisted public company and registered for custody at the Vietnam Securities Depository to be eligible for trading. The Circular deletes the registration dossier requirements from Article 8 and the provision on trading suspension from Article 13, while updating Article 14 to define continuous matching and negotiated trading methods. These changes take effect from the date of signing.
