CIRCULAR CONSAR 19-18, Modifications and Additions to the General Rules Governing Information Delivered to the National Retirement Savings System Commission
Circular CONSAR 19-18 repeals fraction XXXV of Rule Fifth and adds fractions XX and XXI to Rule Ninth of Circular CONSAR 19-8, requiring specialized retirement fund investment companies to provide information on the breakdown of equity, real estate, debt, and merchandise indices into their various components at the close of the business day preceding the delivery of formats established as Annex 118 and Annex 119. The circular also repeals Annex 35 and adds Annexes 118 and 119 to Circular CONSAR 19-8. These modifications and additions enter into force the day following their publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
