Circular CSSF 19/729 — Update of Circular CSSF 14/593 on supervisory reporting requirements applicable to credit institutions

This circular amends Circular CSSF 14/593 by updating Annex 2 to include sub-table F22.02 (Assets involved in the services provided) in the oversimplified FINREP version. It establishes notification thresholds for large exposures on an individual level, requiring credit institutions to report exposures greater than or equal to 10% of own funds or EUR 25 million for institutions, and EUR 12.5 million for other clients. The document also details transmission requirements, data quality obligations, and the repeal of specific reporting tables and prior circulars.
