Circular CSSF 24/865 — Update of Circular CSSF 22/821 on the Long Form Report
Circular CSSF 24/865 amends Circular CSSF 22/821 by adding two new thematic sections to the self-assessment questionnaire for Luxembourg credit institutions: DORA preparedness and LCRDA Article 23(2). The update also modifies existing sections to better suit supervisory needs and removes the requirement for Agreed Upon Procedure reports. The revised framework requires institutions to complete the self-assessment questionnaire annually and mandates approved statutory auditors to prepare separate reports on client fund protection and AML/CFT compliance.
