Circular Letter – AML/CFT/CPF Self-Assessment Questionnaire
The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago issued a draft AML/CFT/CPF Self-Assessment Questionnaire for public comment by December 13, 2019. The document requests feedback from financial institutions on the usability and clarity of the proposed questionnaire, which is intended to assess individual institutions' risks and determine examination cycles. Submissions should be sent electronically to aml@central-bank.org.tt.
