Circular CSSF 24/867 — Update of Circular CSSF 19/724 on technical specifications regarding submission to the CSSF of documents under Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and the Law of 16 July 2019 on prospectuses for securities and general overview of the regulatory framework on prospectuses
Circular CSSF 24/867 amends Circular CSSF 19/724 to incorporate changes introduced by Regulation (EU) 2024/2809, which modifies the prospectus regime to reduce complexity and costs. The amendment updates technical specifications for document submission to the CSSF for approval, notification, or filing under Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and the Law of 16 July 2019 on prospectuses for securities. It applies to all persons and undertakings supervised by the CSSF, as well as all persons subject to the specified EU Regulation and Luxembourg Law.
