Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative/Responsible Director,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform public companies, foreign companies, incentivized companies, and depository institutions issuing unsponsored Level I BDRs that, starting from 29/01/2018, version 12.0.0.1 of the Empresas.NET System will be available, which includes adjustments regarding the completion of addresses in the Reference Form and the Registration Form.

2. Until 28/02/2018, documents generated by the current version and by this version 12.0.0.1 will be accepted. Starting from 01/03/2018, only documents generated by version 12.0.0.1 will be accepted.

3. The download of version 12.0.0.1 can be done through the CVM's electronic page on the worldwide computer network (http://www.cvm.gov.br, section REGULATED ENTITIES INFORMATION, Companies, Empresas.NET or through the Systems Center, Information about companies, Document submission programs - Downloads), as well as through the B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (“B3”) page (http://www.bmfbovespa.com.br - Services - Services for Companies, More Services, Empresas.NET System).

4. Version 12.0.0.1 can only be installed on computers that follow the IBM (PC) standard, have Microsoft.Net Framework 4 or higher, and the Windows Vista Service Pack 1 or higher or Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or Windows 10 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture. The use of Windows 7.0 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture is recommended.

5. Before installing version 12.0.0.1, a backup of the pending forms existing in the previous version of the Empresas.NET System must be performed, using the “Backup” function. After installing the new version, to recover files, if necessary, the “Import” function must be used.

6. We inform you that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in document submission, must be sent to B3’s Post-Trading Support Superintendence (SSP).

7. Contact with the SSP can be made: (a) on weekdays, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. via email ssp@b3.com.br and by phone (11) 2565-5000 option 8; (b) after 10 p.m. and on weekends and holidays, exclusively by phone (11) 2565-5000 option 8. Issues received after 10 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 7 a.m. on the next business day, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
