Subject: New features and update of the Empresas.NET System - version 16.0

Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative/Responsible Director,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform open companies, foreign companies, and incentivized companies that the following will be available starting:
   a) 02/10/2020, a new feature that will allow the redefinition of access password to the system ("I forgot my password"); and b) 02/24/2020, version 16.0 of the Empresas.NET System, whose adjustments can be consulted on the electronic page of B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão ("B3") (http://www.b3.com.br / Products and Services / Solutions for Issuers / Empresas.NET System).

2. Starting from 04/11/2020, only structured forms generated by version 16.0 will be accepted.

3. The download of version 16.0 can be done through the CVM's electronic page on the worldwide web (http://www.cvm.gov.br, section REGULATED ENTITIES INFORMATION, Companies, Empresas.NET or through the Systems Center, Information about companies, Document submission programs - Downloads), as well as through the B3 page (http://www.b3.com.br / Products and Services / Solutions for Issuers / Empresas.NET System).

4. Version 16.0 can only be installed on computers that follow the IBM (PC) standard, have Microsoft.Net Framework 4 or higher and the Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or Windows 10 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture. The use of the Windows 10 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture is recommended.

5. Before installing version 16.0, a backup of the undelivered forms existing in the previous version of the Empresas.NET System must be performed, using the "Backup" function. After installing the new version, to recover files, if necessary, the "Import" function must be used.

6. Additionally, since 01/27/2020, the new feature that allows the generation of a '.pdf' report of the delivered structured documents (FCa, FRe, DFP and ITR) is available, through the printer icon available on the document viewing screen.

7. We inform you that questions regarding the installation, use and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, must be sent to the B3's Issuers Superintendence.

8. Contact with the Issuers Superintendence can be made by phone (11) 2565-5063 or by e-mail: emissores.empresas@b3.com.br:
   a) Normal Service: on weekdays, from 8am to 8pm, by e-mail or by phone. b) On-Call Service: on weekdays, after 8pm or on weekends and holidays, exclusively by e-mail.

9. Issues received after 8pm on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8am on the next business day, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
