Dear Investor Relations Director,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform open companies that a new category is available in the Empresas.NET system for submitting the sustainability-related financial information report, based on the international standard issued by the International Sustainability Standards Board – ISSB, as provided for in CVM Resolution No. 193, of October 20, 2023, available for consultation on the CVM website and accessible via the link: https://conteudo.cvm.gov.br/legislacao/resolucoes/resol193.html.

2. Therefore, when submitting the aforementioned document, companies must use the category “Sustainability-Related Financial Information Report - ISSB Standard”.

3. We inform you that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in document submission, must be directed to the B3 Issuers Superintendence.

4. Contact with the Issuers Superintendence can be made by phone at (11) 2565-5063 or by email: emissores.empresas@b3.com.br:
   a) Normal Service: on weekdays, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., by email or phone. b) On-Call Service: on weekdays, after 8 p.m. or on weekends and holidays, exclusively by email.

5. Issues received after 8 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8 a.m. on the next business day, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
