Subject: Improvements in the Empresas.Net System. Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform open and foreign companies about the improvements implemented in the Empresas.Net system in the last quarter:

November/23:
Reference Form:

• Table 6.1/2 – detailing the control structure, with the identification of the representative, in cases of foreign control;
• Tables 6.1/2, 6.3, 8.2, 8.3, 8.5, 8.11, 8.15, 11.2 and 12.1 – inclusion of filling instructions; and
• New functionality that allows printing a report of pending items from the tables being edited.

December/23:
Reference Form:

• Tables 8.2 and 8.3 - improvement in the filling validation flow, ensuring better data quality.
  ITR/DFP:
• Update of the chart of accounts for insurance companies.

January/24:
Reference Form:

• Tables 6.3, 6.4, 8.5, 8.11 and 8.15 - improvement in the filling validation flow, ensuring better data quality.

2. We request that the information contained in this letter be brought to the attention of the teams responsible for submitting information through the Empresas.Net System.

3. We inform you that questions regarding the use and operation of the Empresas.Net System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in submitting documents, must be sent to the B3 Issuers Superintendence.
