Subject: Update of the Empresas.NET System version 11.0

Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative/Responsible Director,

This Circular Letter aims to inform public companies, foreign companies, incentivized companies, and depository institutions issuing non-sponsored Level I BDRs that, starting from July 11, 2017, version 11.0 of the Empresas.NET System will be available, which now allows the import of data from financial statements into the Quarterly Information - ITR and Standardized Financial Statements - DFP forms, provided that the system's data structure is observed.

Until July 31, 2017, documents generated by the current version and by this version 11.0 will be accepted; after that date, only documents generated by version 11.0 will be accepted.

The download of version 11.0 can be done through the CVM's electronic page on the worldwide computer network (http://www.cvm.gov.br, section REGULATED ENTITIES INFORMATION, Companies, Empresas.NET or through the Systems Center, Information about companies, Document submission programs - Downloads), as well as through the B3 page (http://www.b3.com.br, BM&FBOVESPA website - Services - Services for Companies, Empresas.NET System).

Version 11.0 can only be installed on computers that follow the IBM standard (PC), have Microsoft .NET Framework 4 or higher, and the Windows XP Service Pack 3 or Windows Vista Service Pack 1 or higher or Windows 7 Service Pack 1 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture. The use of the Windows 7.0 operating system in 32-bit architecture is recommended.

Before installing version 11.0, you must back up the undelivered forms existing in the previous version of the Empresas.NET System, using the "Backup" function. After installing the new version, to recover files, if necessary, the "Import" function must be used.

To obtain guidance on importing financial statement data in the Empresas.NET System, access, in the Help/Form Filling/ITR or DFP menu, Annex VI.

We inform you that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, must be sent to the B3's Post-Trade Support Superintendence (SSP).

Contact with the SSP can be made: (a) on business days, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. via email ssp@bvmf.com.br and by phone (11) 2565-5000 option 8; (b) after 10 p.m. and on weekends and holidays, exclusively by phone (11) 2565-5000 option 8. Issues received after 10 p.m. on business days and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 7 a.m. on the next business day, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
