Subject: Update of the Empresas.NET System version 10.0

Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative/Responsible Director,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform open companies, foreign companies, incentivized companies, and depository institutions issuing non-sponsored Level I BDRs that, starting from September 28, 2016, version 10.0 of the Empresas.NET System will be available, which includes adjustments compared to the current version, especially regarding the completion of the Reference Form and the generation of a PDF report.

2. Until October 16, 2016, documents generated by the current version and by this version 10.0 will be accepted, after which only documents generated by version 10.0 will be accepted.

3. The download of version 10.0 can be done through the CVM's electronic page on the World Wide Web (http://www.cvm.gov.br, section REGULATED ENTITIES INFORMATION, Companies, item Access to Companies' information and submission of documents, Empresas.NET) or through the Central de Sistemas page, Companies Information, Document Submission Programs Downloads), as well as through the BM&FBOVESPA page (http://www.bmfbovespa.com.br, section Services – Services for Companies, Empresas.NET System).

4. Version 10.0 can only be installed on computers that follow the IBM (PC) standard, have Microsoft.Net Framework 4 or higher, and the Windows XP Service Pack 3 or Windows Vista Service Pack 1 or higher or Windows 7 Service Pack 1 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture. The use of the Windows 7.0 operating system in 32-bit architecture is recommended.

5. Before installing version 10.0, a backup of the undelivered forms existing in the previous version of the Empresas.NET System must be performed, using the "Backup" function. After installing the new version, to recover files, if necessary, the "Import" function must be used.

6. We inform you that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in submitting documents, must be sent to the Post-Trading Support Superintendency of BM&FBOVESPA (SSP).

7. Contact with the SSP can be made: (a) on weekdays, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. via email ssp@bvmf.com.br and by phone (11) 2565-5000 option 8. After 10 p.m. and on weekends and holidays, exclusively by phone (11) 2565-5000 option 8. Issues received after 10 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 7 a.m. on the next business day, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
