Subject: Update of the Empresas.NET System - version 15

Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative/Responsible Director,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform open companies, foreign companies, incentivized companies, and depositary institutions issuing non-sponsored Level I BDRs that, starting from 05/20/2019, version 15.0 of the Empresas.NET System will be available, which includes adjustments (i) in Groups 2.1/2, 12.5/6, and 12.7/8 of the Reference Form (FRe) and (ii) in the account lists of the Balance Sheet (Assets) of the ITR (Quarterly Information) and DFP (Standardized Financial Statements) forms.

2. We inform you that between 05/20/2019 and 05/26/2019, documents generated by the current version and by this version 15.0 will be accepted. Starting from 05/27/2019, only structured forms generated by version 15.0 will be accepted.

3. The download of version 15.0 can be done through the CVM's electronic page on the worldwide computer network (http://www.cvm.gov.br, section REGULATED ENTITIES INFORMATION, Companies, Empresas.NET or through the Systems Center, Company Information, Document Submission Programs - Downloads), as well as through the B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (“B3”) page (http://www.bmfbovespa.com.br - Services - Services for Companies, More Services, Empresas.NET System).

4. Version 15.0 can only be installed on computers that follow the IBM (PC) standard, have Microsoft .Net Framework 4 or higher, and the Windows Vista Service Pack 1 or higher or Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or Windows 10 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture. We recommend the use of the Windows 7.0 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture.

5. Before installing version 15.0, you must perform a backup of the undelivered forms existing in the previous version of the Empresas.NET System, using the “Backup” function. After installing the new version, to recover files, if necessary, the “Import” function must be used.

6. We inform you that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, should be directed to the B3 Issuers Superintendence.

7. Contact with the B3 Issuers Superintendence can be made by phone (11) 2565-5063 or by email: emissores.empresas@b3.com.br:
   a) Normal Service: on business days, from 8 am to 8 pm, by email or by phone. b) On-Call Service: on business days, after 8 pm or on weekends and holidays, exclusively by email.

8. Issues received after 8 pm on business days and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8 am on the next business day, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
