Rio de Janeiro, October 1, 2012.
SUBJECT: New version of the Empresas.net System – Version 6.0
Dear Director of Investor Relations / Legal Representative,
This Circular Letter aims to inform open and foreign companies that, as of this date, a new version of the Empresas.Net System (version 6.0) will be available, incorporating a module for filling out and submitting the Quarterly Report of Securitizers, in accordance with Annex 32-II to CVM Instruction No. 480/09.
The objective of the new form is to expand and improve the volume of information provided on securitization operations, allowing investors to have easier and more detailed access to data on these operations, contributing to the development of this market.

After this date, only documents sent via version 6.0 will be accepted.
The new version of the System can be downloaded from the CVM's electronic page on the World Wide Web (http://www.cvm.gov.br, MARKET PARTICIPANTS section, DOCUMENT SUBMISSION item, EMPRESAS.NET subitem), as well as from the BM&FBOVESPA page (http://www.bmfbovespa.com.br, MARKET – SHARES section, COMPANIES item, FOR COMPANIES subitem, For Listed Cos subitem, EMPRESAS.NET System subitem).

It is not necessary to resubmit forms already delivered by the previous version solely due to this new version 6.0.
