Subject: Update of the Empresas.NET System - version 15.0.0.1

Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform publicly held companies and foreign companies that, starting from 07/23/2019, version 15.0.0.1 of the Empresas.NET System will be available, which includes adjustments (i) in Groups 2.1/2, 12.5/6, 12.7/8, 18.5 and 18.7 of the Reference Form - FRe and (ii) in the reuse of data from Quarterly Information – ITR.

2. Therefore, starting from 09/01/2019, only structured forms generated by version 15.0.0.1 will be accepted.

3. The download of version 15.0.0.1 can be done through the CVM's electronic page on the World Wide Web (http://www.cvm.gov.br, section REGULATED ENTITIES INFORMATION, Companies, Empresas.NET or through the Systems Center, Information about companies, Document submission programs - Downloads), as well as through the B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (“B3”) page (http://www.bmfbovespa.com.br - Services - Services for Companies, More Services, Empresas.NET System).

4. Version 15.0.0.1 can only be installed on computers that follow the IBM (PC) standard, have Microsoft.Net Framework 4 or higher and the Windows Vista Service Pack 1 or higher or Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or Windows 10 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture. The use of Windows 7.0 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture is recommended.

5. Before installing version 15.0.0.1, a backup of the undelivered forms existing in the previous version of the Empresas.NET System must be performed, using the “Backup” function. After installing the new version, to recover files, if necessary, the “Import” function must be used.

6. We inform you that questions regarding the installation, use and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in document submission, must be sent to the B3 Issuers Superintendence.

7. Contact with the Issuers Superintendence can be made by phone (11) 2565-5063 or by email: emissores.empresas@b3.com.br:
   a) Normal Service: on weekdays, from 8am to 8pm, by email or phone. b) On-Call Service: on weekdays, after 8pm or on weekends and holidays, exclusively by email.

8. Issues received after 8pm on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8am on the next weekday, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
