Subject: Registration Form (FCA) on the Empresas.Net web platform.

Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform open and foreign companies about the continuation of the migration process of structured forms from the Empresas.Net System to the web platform, which represents an evolution of the System and, at a yet-to-be-estimated time, will result in the elimination of the use of the application (client).

2. As the next step in the migration process, starting from 01.11.2021, the completion and submission of the FCA via the "FCA Online" functionality, available on the Empresas.Net System (address https://www.rad.cvm.gov.br/ENET), under the "Document Submission" menu, will be permitted, although not mandatory, dispensing with the procedure of completing and generating this form in the client.

3. The use of the new structure will become mandatory starting from 01.01.2022, when the FCA in the client will be deactivated, including for any resubmissions of FCA forms.

4. Thus, during the period from 01.11.2021 to 31.12.2021, submissions of FCA forms completed either via the client or via FCA Online will be permitted.

5. For users of the Multiple Download functionality, we alert you that:

• during the period from 01.11.2021 to 31.12.2021, submitted or resubmitted FCA forms may present a differentiated structure, as it will be possible to use both FCA Online and the client to complete and submit this document;
• starting from 01.01.2022, all submitted or resubmitted FCA forms will exclusively have the structure resulting from the use of FCA Online.

6. The technical material of the structure resulting from the use of FCA Online is available on the CVM page at
   http://conteudo.cvm.gov.br/menu/regulados/companhias/download_multiplo/manual_tecnico.html.

7. We request that the information contained in this letter be brought to the attention of the teams responsible for submitting information via the Empresas.Net System.

8. We inform you that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.Net System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in submitting documents, should be directed to the B3 Issuers Superintendence.

   a) Normal Support: on business days, from 8am to 8pm, via email or phone. b) On-Call Support: on business days, after 8pm or on weekends and holidays, exclusively via email.

10. Issues received after 8pm on business days and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8am on the next business day, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
