Subject: Structured DFP (Standardized Financial Statements) Form on the web platform of the Empresas.Net System.

Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform public and foreign companies about the continuation of the migration process of structured forms from the Empresas.Net System to the web platform, which represents an evolution of the System and, at an as-yet unestimated time, will result in the elimination of the use of the application (client).

2. As the next step in the migration process, from 03.01.2022, it will be possible to use the “DFP Online” to evaluate the experience, available in the Empresas.Net System (address https://www.rad.cvm.gov.br/ENET), in the “Document Submission” menu.

3. After the trial period, on 03.02.2022, full use of “DFP Online” will be released, although not mandatory, including its submission, dispensing with the procedure of filling out and generating this form in the client.

4. The use of the new structure will become mandatory from 01.04.2022, when the DFP in the client will be deactivated, including for any resubmissions of DFP Forms.

5. Thus, in the period from 03.02.2022 to 31.03.2022, DFP submissions filled out either via the client or via DFP Online will be permitted.

6. For users of the Download Multiple functionality, we alert you that:

   • in the period from 03.02.2022 to 31.03.2022, submitted or resubmitted DFP forms may present a different structure, as it will be possible to use DFP Online and the client for filling out and sending this document;
   • from 01.04.2022, all submitted or resubmitted DFP forms will have exclusively the structure resulting from the use of DFP Online.

7. The technical material of the structure resulting from the use of DFP Online will be available, from 03/01/2022, on the CVM page at http://conteudo.cvm.gov.br/menu/regulados/companhias/download_multiplo/manual_tecnico.html.

8. We request that the information contained in this circular letter be brought to the attention of the teams responsible for submitting information via the Empresas.Net System.

9. We inform you that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in document submission, must be sent to the B3 Issuers Superintendence.

10. Contact with the Issuers Superintendence can be made by phone (11) 2565-5063 or by e-mail: emissores.empresas@b3.com.br:

    • a) Normal Service: on weekdays, from 8am to 8pm, by e-mail or by phone.
    • b) On-Call Service: on weekdays, after 8pm or on weekends and holidays, exclusively by e-mail.

11. Issues received after 8pm on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8am on the next weekday, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
