Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,

  1. This Circular Letter aims to inform public companies and foreign companies about the revision of "Category", "Type", and "Species" associations in the Empresas.Net System for the submission of financial information.

  2. Starting from 09.09.2024, the following new associations ("Category", "Type", and "Species") created in the Empresas.NET System for the submission of financial statements will be activated:

  2. Contact with the Issuers Superintendence can be made by phone at (11) 2565-5063 or by email: emissores.empresas@b3.com.br:
    a) Normal Service: on weekdays, from 8am to 8pm, by email or by phone. b) On-Call Service: on weekdays, after 8pm or on weekends and holidays, exclusively by email.
