1. This Circular Letter aims to inform registered public and foreign companies about an enhancement that will be implemented starting on 10.11.2025 in the Empresas.Net system:

In the Reference Form (FRE):
ü Table 8.19 – "Recognized remuneration of the controlling shareholder/controlled entity" will become structured.

The structured format will be available starting from 10/11/2025, however, its completion will be mandatory starting with, inclusive, the FRE of 2026.

In this regard, companies may continue with restatements of the FRE, completing the table by uploading a pdf or word file, and will only be alerted about the existence of the new structure.

2. We request that the information contained in this circular letter be brought to the attention of the teams responsible for sending information through the Empresas.Net System.
