Subject: Update of the Empresas.NET System version 13.0.0.3

Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative/Responsible Director,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform public companies, foreign companies, incentivized companies, and depositary institutions issuing non-sponsored Level I BDRs that, starting from 08/07/2018, version 13.0.0.3 of the Empresas.NET System will be available, which includes (i) new adjustments in the list of accounts (inclusion of the accounts: "Other Investments" and "Investment Properties") related to the Individual Balance Sheet and Consolidated Balance Sheet, if applicable, of the structured forms Standardized Financial Statements – DFP and Quarterly Information – ITR; and (ii) creation of the following associations in Module IPE: Indemnity Contracts, Policy for Hiring Extra-Audit Services of Independent Auditors, Policy for Allocation of Results, Policy for Trading Securities, Policy on Contributions and Donations, and Internal Regulations of the Board of Directors.

2. Therefore, for the submission of the Q2 ITR, whose deadline ends on 08/14/2018 (in the case of the fiscal year ending on 12/31/2018), companies that use the aforementioned accounts must generate such document using version 13.0.0.3.

3. The other documents generated by version 13.0.0.2 will continue to be accepted until 08/31/2018, and from 09/01/2018 only documents generated by version 13.0.0.3 will be accepted, including ITR.

4. The download of version 13.0.0.3 can be done through the CVM's webpage on the worldwide web (http://www.cvm.gov.br, section REGULATED INFORMATION, Companies, Empresas.NET or through the Systems Center, Information on companies, Document Submission Programs - Downloads), as well as through the B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (“B3”) webpage
   (http://www.bmfbovespa.com.br - Services - Services for Companies, More Services, Empresas.NET System).

5. Version 13.0.0.3 can only be installed on computers that follow the IBM (PC) standard, have Microsoft.Net Framework 4 or higher and the operating system Windows Vista Service Pack 1 or higher or Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or Windows 10 in 32 or 64-bit architecture. The use of the Windows 7.0 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture is recommended.

6. Before installing version 13.0.0.3, a backup of the undelivered forms existing in the previous version of the Empresas.NET System must be performed, using the “Backup” function. After installing the new version, to recover the files, if necessary, the “Import” function must be used.

7. We inform you that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, must be sent to the B3’s Post-Trade Support Superintendence (SSP).

8. Contact with the SSP can be made: (a) on weekdays, from 7 am to 10 pm via email ssp@b3.com.br and by phone (11) 2565-5000 option 8; (b) after 10 pm and on weekends and holidays, exclusively via email ssp@b3.com.br. Issues received after 10 pm on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 7 am on the next business day.
