Subject: Update of the Manual for Sending Periodic and Occasional Information via the Empresas.NET System.

Dear Director of Investor Relations/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform open, encouraged, and foreign companies about the update of the Manual for Sending Periodic and Occasional Information via the Empresas.NET System ("Manual"), available on the CVM website (www.cvm.gov.br), under Companies - Information Submission.

2. The updates presented in this version of the Manual refer, primarily, to changes in the System categories to enable the submission of documents by open and foreign companies that are requesting registration. Additionally, it informs about changes in the maximum file size for documents intended to be sent through the Empresas.NET System (E-NET).

3. We emphasize that the Manual must be consulted together with the Annual Circular issued by the SEP, which presents general guidelines on procedures to be observed by companies.
