Subject: Update of the Empresas.NET System

Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,

1. We refer to CVM Orientation Opinion No. 38, of September 25, 2018, which deals with the fiduciary duties of administrators within the scope of indemnity contracts entered into between publicly held companies and their administrators.

2. Regarding this matter, as clarified in the aforementioned opinion, companies must make available the indemnity contracts, their amendments, and any other documents that also reflect the terms and conditions applicable to the indemnity regime, according to guidance to be issued by the Superintendence of Corporate Relations (SEP).

3. In this sense, since the "Indemnity Contracts" category was already available in Module IPE of the Empresas.NET System, we inform you of the creation of two new associations with the aforementioned Category: "Type: Indemnity Contracts and Amendments" and "Type: Other Documents Related to Indemnity Contracts", through which the documents and information mentioned in the previous paragraph must be sent.

4. The version of E.NET with the new associations will be available from November 1, 2018, via automatic update or download of the system, which can be done through the CVM's electronic page on the World Wide Web (http://www.cvm.gov.br/, section REGULATED ENTITIES INFORMATION, Companies, Empresas.NET or through the Systems Central, Information on companies, Document submission programs - Downloads), as well as through the B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (“B3”) page (http://www.bmfbovespa.com.br - Services - Services for Companies, More Services, Empresas.NET System).

5. We inform you that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, must be sent to B3's Post-Trade Support Superintendence (SSP).

6. Contact with the SSP can be made: (a) on business days, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., via email ssp@b3.com.br and by phone (11) 2565-5000 option 8; (b) after 10 p.m. and on weekends and holidays, exclusively via email ssp@b3.com.br. Issues received after 10 p.m. on business days and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 7 a.m. on the next business day.
