Subject: Creation of new associations in the Empresas.NET System for foreign companies (investment entities).

This Circular Letter aims to inform foreign companies about the creation of new associations for document submission in the Empresas.NET System (E-NET).
Starting today, the foreign company registered in Category A, which is an investment entity, as defined by accounting standards that address this topic, must use the category: Foreign Issuer / type: Portfolio Composition and the category: Foreign Issuer / type: Other specific mandatory information for the availability of the information requested in Article 8 of Annex J of CVM Resolution No. 80/22, as amended by CVM Resolution No. 183/23.
We inform you that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, should be directed to the B3 Issuers Superintendency.
Contact with the Issuers Superintendency can be made by phone (11) 2565-5063 or by email: emissores.empresas@b3.com.br:
a) Normal Service: on business days, from 8 am to 8 pm, by email or phone. b) On-Call Service: on business days, after 8 pm, or on weekends and holidays, exclusively by email.
Issues received after 8 pm on business days and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8 am on the next business day, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
