Subject: Update of the Empresas.NET System version 14.0.

Dear Director of Investor Relations/Legal Representative/Responsible Director

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform publicly traded companies, foreign companies, incentivized companies, and depository institutions issuing non-sponsored Level I BDRs that, starting from 02/01/2019, version 14.0 of the Empresas.NET System will be available, which includes changes to the structured tables of the Reference Form (FRe) and Registration Form (FCa).

2. Until 03/02/2019, documents generated by the current version and by this version 14.0 will be accepted - except for the 2019 FRe, which must be generated exclusively in version 14.0. From 04/02/2019, only documents generated by version 14.0 will be accepted.

3. The download of version 14.0 can be done through the CVM's electronic page on the worldwide web (http://www.cvm.gov.br, section REGULATED ENTITIES INFORMATION, Companies, Empresas.NET or through the Systems Center, Information on companies, Document submission Programs - Downloads), as well as through the B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (“B3”) page (http://www.b3.com.br/pt_br/produtos-e-servicos/solucoes-para-emissores/).

4. Version 14.0 can only be installed on computers that follow the IBM (PC) standard, have Microsoft.Net Framework 4 or higher, and the Windows Vista Service Pack 1 or higher or Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or Windows 10 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture. The use of Windows 7.0 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture is recommended.

5. Before installing version 14.0, a backup of the undelivered forms existing in the previous version of the Empresas.NET System must be performed, using the “Backup” function. After installing the new version, to recover files, if necessary, the “Import” function must be used.

6. We inform that questions regarding the installation, use, and functioning of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, should be directed to the B3 Post-Trading Support Superintendence (SSP).

7. Contact with the SSP can be made: (a) on business days, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. via email ssp@b3.com.br and by phone (11) 2565-5000 option 8; (b) after 10 p.m. and on weekends and holidays, exclusively via email ssp@b3.com.br. Issues received after 10 p.m. on business days and on weekends and holidays will be handled starting at 7 a.m. on the next business day.
