Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative/Responsible Director,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform public companies, foreign companies, incentivized companies, and depositary institutions issuing non-sponsored Level I BDRs that, starting from 26/03/2018, version 13.0 of the Empresas.NET System will be available, which includes (i) the elimination of the requirement to link a Registration Form (FCa) for the purpose of submitting other structured forms (Standardized Financial Statements - DFP, Quarterly Information - ITR, Securitization Company Form - SEC, and Reference Form - FRe), (ii) the possibility of individual export and import of the structured tables of the FRe and FCa; (iii) the creation of the association (Category/Type/Species) for sending the Final Voting Map, provided for in art. 21-W, §6º, II of CVM Instruction No. 481/09, and (iv) the new system layout.

2. Until 02/04/2018, documents generated by the current version and by this version 13.0 will be accepted. Starting from 03/04/2018, only documents generated by version 13.0 will be accepted.

3. The download of version 13.0 can be done via the CVM's electronic page on the worldwide computer network (http://www.cvm.gov.br, section REGULATED INFORMATION, Companies, Empresas.NET or via the SYSTEMS CENTRAL, Information on companies, Document submission programs - Downloads), as well as via the B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (“B3”) page (http://www.bmfbovespa.com.br - Services - Services for Companies, More Services, Empresas.NET System).

4. Version 13.0 can only be installed on computers that follow the IBM (PC) standard, have Microsoft .Net Framework 4 or higher, and the Windows Vista Service Pack 1 or higher or Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or Windows 10 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture. The use of Windows 7.0 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture is recommended.

5. Before installing version 13.0, a backup of the existing undelivered forms in the previous version of the Empresas.NET System must be performed, using the “Backup” function. After installing the new version, to recover files, if necessary, the “Import” function must be used.

6. We inform you that questions regarding the installation, use, and functioning of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, should be sent to the B3 Post-Trading Support Superintendence (SSP).

7. Contact with the SSP can be made: (a) on business days, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. via email ssp@b3.com.br and by phone (11) 2565 -5000 option 8; (b) after 10 p.m. and on weekends and holidays, exclusively by phone (11) 2565-5000 option 8. Issues received after 10 p.m. on business days and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 7 a.m. on the next business day, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
