Subject: Quarterly Information Form (ITR) on the web platform of the Sistema Empresas.Net system.

Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform open and foreign companies of the start of the migration process of structured forms from the Sistema Empresas.Net system to the web platform, which represents an evolution of the System and, within an estimated timeframe, will result in the elimination of the use of the application (client).

2. This is an initiative of B3 S.A. - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (B3), within the scope of the Technological Agreement concluded with the CVM for the maintenance of the Sistema Empresas.Net system, which has the adherence of the CVM and aims, among other objectives (i) to eliminate the installation of the application and its updates; (ii) to ensure greater speed in the implementation of improvements; (iii) to improve the user experience with more intuitive dynamic screens and menus; and (iv) to enable validations to be performed directly on the entry screen.

3. The migration process will begin with the Quarterly Information (ITR) form.

4. In this sense, starting from May 18, 2021, the web version of the Quarterly Information Form (ITR) will be available so that companies can familiarize themselves by accessing and handling the new form; however, submission in the new structure is not permitted.

5. The mandatory use of the new platform for the presentation of the ITR will be communicated opportunistically and in advance of the next deadline.

6. Until then, the completion and submission of the ITR must continue to be carried out via the client of the Sistema Empresas.Net system, for example, in the case of the ITR relating to the 1st quarter of 2021 (for companies with a fiscal year ending on December 31), whose submission deadline ends on May 17, 2021.

7. B3 will conduct training on the use of the new System during the month of June, on a date to be communicated opportunistically.
