Director of Investor Relations/Legal Representative, Subject: Changes to Group 13 of the Reference Form (FRE). Dear Sir,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform open and foreign companies that, starting from 25.03.2024, a new structure for filling out Group 13 of the Reference Form will come into force, which deals with the “Identification of persons responsible for the content of the form”, aiming to align it with the provisions of CVM Resolution No. 80/22.

2. In this sense, Group 13 will consist of two tables, depending on the content of the declaration to be inserted, observing items 13.1 and 13.2 of Annex C of the Resolution.

3. Therefore, for resubmissions of the 2023 FRE, the system will automatically direct the existing declarations in the last version to table 13.1.

4. We advise that the table be reviewed prior to sending the document, in order to verify the adherence of the declaration's content to the provisions of the regulation and to the applicable scenario for the company.

5. We request that the information contained in this letter be brought to the attention of the teams responsible for sending information through the Empresas.Net System.

6. We inform that questions regarding the use and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, must be sent to the Listed Companies Service Superintendency of B3.

8. Issues received after 8pm on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8am on the next working day, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
