Subject: Update of the Empresas.NET System version 12.0

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform public companies, foreign companies, incentivized companies, and depositary institutions issuing non-sponsored Level I BDRs that, starting from January 2, 2018, version 12.0 of the Empresas.NET System will be available. This version includes (i) changes introduced by CVM Instruction No. 586/17 for the Registration Form – FCa, Reference Form – FRe, Quarterly Information Form – ITR, and Standardized Financial Statements Form – DFP, and (ii) improvements in filling out table 15.1/2 (Shareholding Position) of the FRe.

2. Until January 31, 2018, documents generated by the current version and by this version 12.0 will be accepted, except for the 2018 FRe, which must be generated exclusively in version 12. Starting from February 1, 2018, only documents generated by version 12.0 will be accepted.

3. The download of version 12.0 can be done via the CVM's website (http://www.cvm.gov.br, section REGULATED ENTITIES INFORMATION, Companies, Empresas.NET or via the Systems Center, Information about companies, Document submission programs - Downloads), as well as via the B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (“B3”) website (http://www.bmfbovespa.com.br - Services - Services for Companies, More Services, Empresas.NET System).

4. Version 12.0 can only be installed on computers that follow the IBM (PC) standard, have Microsoft .Net Framework 4 or higher, and the Windows Vista Service Pack 1 or higher or Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or Windows 10 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture. The use of Windows 7.0 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture is recommended.

5. Before installing version 12.0, a backup of the undelivered forms existing in the previous version of the Empresas.NET System must be performed using the “Backup” function. After installing the new version, to recover files, if necessary, the “Import” function must be used.

6. We inform you that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in submitting documents, should be directed to B3’s Post-Trade Support Superintendence (SSP).

7. Contact with the SSP can be made: (a) on business days, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. via email ssp@b3.com.br and by phone (11) 2565-5000 option 8; (b) after 10 p.m. and on weekends and holidays, exclusively by phone (11) 2565-5000 option 8. Issues received after 10 p.m. on business days and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 7 a.m. on the next business day, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
