Subject: New functionality of the Empresas.NET System

Dear Director of Investor Relations/Legal Representative,

This Circular Letter serves to inform that, starting from 04/27/2020, a new functionality of the Empresas.NET System will be available through “IPE Online”, which allows for the advance preparation of documents related to periodic and eventual (unstructured) information for subsequent submission.

Below, we present the step-by-step for this functionality, which also allows the document to be attached only at the time of delivery:

1. After selecting the association and filling in the mandatory information, click “Export Backup”;
2. The generated document will be saved in your computer’s download area (it is not mandatory to attach the file);
3. To return to the document, click “Import Backup” and select the saved document in the download area;
4. Continue filling in the remaining information, if applicable, and attach the file, if it was not attached previously;
5. To send, click “Send document”.
