Subject: Reference Form - FRe on the web platform of the Empresas.Net System.

Dear Investor Relations Director/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform publicly held companies and foreign companies about the continuation of the migration process of structured forms from the Empresas.Net System to the web platform, which represents an evolution of the System and results in the elimination of the use of the application (client).

2. As the next step in the migration process, it will be possible, starting from 09/01/2022, to use the "FRe Online" experience for evaluation, available in the Empresas.Net System (address https://www.rad.cvm.gov.br/ENET), in the "Document Submission" menu, considering, in addition, the new structure as established in CVM Resolution No. 59/2021, which will enter into force starting from 01/01/2023.

3. The trial period, which will begin on 09/01/2022, aims to obtain improvement suggestions from companies. It is not possible to submit the FRe in this new structure during this period; the new structure will only become mandatory starting from 01/01/2023, based on the 2023 FRe, which must be submitted within 5 (five) months counted from the date of closure of the fiscal year, as provided in Article 25, §1º, of CVM Resolution No. 80/2022.

4. For users of the Multiple Download functionality, we alert that starting from 01/01/2023, all FRe forms submitted regarding 2023 will have exclusively the structure resulting from the use of FRe Online.

5. The technical material of the structure resulting from the use of FRe Online will be available, starting from 10/03/2022, on the CVM page at http://conteudo.cvm.gov.br/menu/regulados/companhias/download_multiplo/manual_tecnico.html.

6. We highlight that any re-submissions of FRe regarding years prior to 2023 must be carried out using the client for its completion.

7. We request that the information contained in this circular be brought to the attention of the teams responsible for submitting information through the Empresas.Net System.

8. We inform that doubts regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in document submission, should be forwarded to the Issuers Superintendence of B3.

   a) Normal Service: on weekdays, from 8am to 8pm, by email or phone. b) On-Call Service: on weekdays, after 8pm or on weekends and holidays, exclusively by email.

10. Issues received after 8pm on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8am on the next weekday, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
