Subject: Update of the manual for submitting periodic and occasional information via the Empresas.Net System. Dear Director of Investor Relations/Legal Representative, This Circular Letter aims to inform public companies, foreign companies, and incentivized companies about the update of the manual for submitting periodic and occasional information via the Empresas.Net System. The manual updates primarily concern changes made to the System associations (category, type, and species) to enable the submission of documents by public companies, foreign companies, and incentivized companies registered with the CVM, as well as by issuers requesting initial registration. Additionally, the updates indicate changes to the maximum file sizes for documents intended to be submitted via the System. It is recommended that this manual be consulted together with the Circular Letters issued annually by the SEP, especially the Annual Circular Letter, which presents general guidelines on procedures to be observed by companies, available on the CVM website and accessible via the link:
