Subject: Update of the Empresas.NET System version 13.0.0.2 Mr. Director of Investor Relations/Legal Representative,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform public companies, foreign companies, incentivized companies, and depositary institutions issuing unsponsored Level I BDRs that, starting from 07/02/2018, version 13.0.0.2 of the Empresas.NET System will be available, which includes changes to the account plans of the structured forms Standardized Financial Statements – DFP and Quarterly Information – ITR.

2. Therefore, starting from 07/02/2018, only DFP and ITR generated by version 13.0.0.2 will be accepted; other documents generated by version 13.0.0.1 will continue to be accepted until 08/03/2018.

3. The download of version 13.0.0.2 can be done through the CVM's electronic page on the worldwide computer network (http://www.cvm.gov.br, section REGULATED ENTITIES INFORMATION, Companies, Empresas.NET or through the Systems Center, Information on companies, Document sending programs - Downloads), as well as through the B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (“B3”) page
   (http://www.bmfbovespa.com.br - Services - Services for Companies, More Services, Empresas.NET System).

4. Version 13.0.0.2 can only be installed on computers that follow the IBM (PC) standard, have Microsoft .NET Framework 4 or higher, and the Windows Vista Service Pack 1 or higher or Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or Windows 10 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture. The use of Windows 7.0 operating system in 32 or 64-bit architecture is recommended.

5. Before installing version 13.0.0.2, a backup of the undelivered forms existing in the previous version of the Empresas.NET System must be performed, using the “Backup” function. After installing the new version, to recover the files, if necessary, the “Import” function must be used.

6. We inform you that questions regarding the installation, use, and operation of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in sending documents, should be sent to the B3’s Post-Trading Support Superintendence (SSP).

7. Contact with the SSP can be made: (a) on business days, from 7 am to 10 pm via email ssp@b3.com.br and by phone (11) 2565 -5000 option 8; (b) after 10 pm and on weekends and holidays, exclusively by phone (11) 2565-5000 option 8. Issues received after 10 pm on business days and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 7 am on the next business day.
