Subject: Enhancements to the Empresas.Net System. Dear Director of Investor Relations/Legal Representative and Legal Advisors,

1. This Circular Letter aims to inform open companies and foreign companies about new enhancements implemented in the Empresas.Net System.

a) In the Reference Form (FRE):

Table 7.1.d – “Description of the Main Characteristics of the Administrative Bodies and the Fiscal Council” and Group 8 – “Remuneration of administrators”: removal of the mandatory completion rule for the Board of Directors, as this body is not required for these companies (exclusively for companies exempt from registration with the CVM).

Table 11.2 – “Transactions with Related Parties”:
Addition of a new option, named “Others”, in the “Issuer’s Position” field, to allow adequate detailing of the contracted operation; and Increase in the size of the “Contract Object” field to 10,000 characters, allowing adequate detailing of the contracted operation.

Table 13 – “Persons responsible for the form”: new completion structure, aiming to align with the provisions of CVM Resolution No. 80/22.

b) In IPE Online:
Standardization of completion fields for the submission of Policies, now including, in addition to the approval date, the time of the corporate act; and Addition of the character count indication in the Circular Letter 5 (2070827) SEI 19957.008000/2024-62 / pg. 1

“Subjects” field, facilitating a better experience in the completion process.

2. The information contained in this letter must be brought to the attention of the teams responsible for submitting information through the Empresas.Net System.

3. Questions regarding the use and functioning of the Empresas.NET System, as well as reports of problems or difficulties in submitting documents, must be directed to the B3 Issuers Superintendence.

4. Contact with the Issuers Superintendence can be made by phone (11) 2565-5063 or by email: emissores.empresas@b3.com.br:

a) Normal Support: on weekdays, from 8 am to 8 pm, by email or phone.

b) On-Call Support: on weekdays, after 8 pm or on weekends and holidays, exclusively by email.

5. Issues received after 8 pm on weekdays and on weekends and holidays will be handled after 8 am on the next weekday, except those related to system availability for receiving information, which will be handled immediately.
